How do I know how many arms I need?

What is teardrop pallet rack?

Teardrop pallet rack uses a keyhole-shaped connection stamped into the upright. Beams clip in without bolts. It’s the most common type in North America, and beams from most manufacturers are cross-compatible.

Is used pallet rack as strong as new?

Yes. Used rack retains its rated load capacity if there’s no structural damage. A&A inspects all used inventory before sale. Cosmetic wear does not affect ratings. Call 1-800-826-5326 with questions.

How do I know what size I need?

Upright height depends on ceiling clearance and how many pallet levels you need. Frame depth should be about 6″ less than your pallet depth. For a standard 48″×40″ pallet, use 42″-deep uprights. That gives you roughly 3″ of overhang on each side so the load sits on the beams properly. Beam length depends on how many pallets you want per bay. Call us and we’ll size it for your space.
